need info about cuda cores and video memory of a gpu

i searched for a gpu named as nvidia 730, there are different versions of this card, in 1st card there is a high video memory which is 4gb but cuda cores are just 96, in second version the video memory is 2 gb but cuda cores are 384, as u know that greater video memory runs the game more smoothly but i ve come to know that cuda cores do the processing function in gpu, so if the processor is slow then what is the benefit of the video ram?
i need to know which gpu is better in the links below anf why? plz answer all of my questions.thx

Well both of those cards are slugs and I would not recommend them for gaming, depending on your CPU it's integrated graphics may match or outperform either of those GPU's. People buy cards like that for hooking up extra monitors or some other specific purpose not typically for gaming.

The card with 384 cuda cores would likely outperform the 4gb card with 96 cuda cores in most scenarios, especially most games. A reason you might go with one over the other depends on what your doing, say someone is using an application that is VRAM intensive in that case you would want the 4gb card, or if someone is using an application that is cuda accelerated they may want the card with more cuda cores. Honestly those two cards are quite different and...
