LGA 1151 DDR3 Motherboard

Hello there! I am looking for a motherboard that supports my LGA 1151 socket CPU (i5-6400) and also uses DDR3 RAM. I would upgrade to DDR4 but that shits expensive.

If anyone could help me out and tell me where I can pick one up from, it would be most appreciated. Thanks!

I would go this route https://pcpartpicker.com/list/XMzcpb the DDR3 boards where not very common and they dont make them anymore. I can also save some money by only going with a 2x4GB kit of ram.
