Hey guys, I'm having an awful time trying to figure this out. I'm running an 8700k in an Asrock z370 k6 using a corsair h100i V2 inside of a mastercase h500p.
When booting into the bios I'm seeing the idle cpu temp at ~70
When starting Windows I'm looking at 70-80-90c at idle. I've tried setting the voltage in the bios to 1.2, and MCE is off.
I've already reseated the cooler 3 different times, and I see no difference in temps when pushing on the cooler.
I'm stuck and cant seem to find anyone who has my issues. I ses others complaining about 40c at idle and I'm double that.
Please help!
