Peculiar Mobo/PSU problem

Hey guys,

I'm having a really really odd problem with one of my miners. Just some background -- I have 50 of these setups running currently and built them all myself with identical components (for quality control) and have experienced no other hiccups or anything like this in my pc building "career". Anyways I had to leave town somewhat unexpectedly on Monday morning of this week. Of course the one time my ISP has an outage in the past two years was that morning. So I left all of my miners in limbo where they would actively try to resume mining when the Internet returned to service. All but one miner refused to reconnect as I monitored them from the road. Honestly while I was gone I was thinking I was lucky as hell it was only one but when I returned I could not get it to boot back up.

My setup:

Asus Z270-A MOBO
Pent 3/comparable CPU
7 RX 580s w/ PCI-E Risers
1 stick compatible 4GB RAM
Two 850W Daisy changed EVGA G2s
64GB SSD (not important)

So on first inspection I assumed that a riser or two had just gone bad. I couldn't get any visuals through two monitors / HDMI / VGA adapters. Replaced those... same issue. That's when I noticed something peculiar. When I start up normally (pre-problems) the Red CPU/Orange DRAM/ and then White LED will all flash in order before booting. None of this happens on this board now. So I've narrowed it down to I suppose a PSU/Motherboard problem. I then swapped the PSU on the "busted" miner to a mobo with a currently running miner. I got the motherboard lights this time but could not get a visual display. No error codes. So now I'm assuming both the PSU and the motherboard just spontaneous combusted? Am I right in assuming this?
