The Ideacentre 300s likely has an Intel motherboard (H81 chipset). You will have to look closely at the header on your motherboard, the pins should be labeled.

Ignore my original reply and use the first link Calvin7 posted for the pin layout of the front panel header. That should be a match.

If you look very closely at the front pin connectors on the motherboard, can you see any tiny labels for the pins written on the motherboard?
