Download GPU-Z and run it.
There's nothing to install, it's just an executable file. It will open and tell you what graphics card or cards it identifies in your system.

You could also just install and run the Autodetect driver thing that AMD has on their Driver support site. That will figure out what you have installed and download and install the newest/correct driver that the GPU can use. Then you just go into your search in WIndows and do a "dxdiag". One of the tabs in the dxdiag will tell you what you have.
