My pc won’t boot with my second stick of ram help

I need help I just build a new pc i5 8600 and a 1060 when I tried to boot it would just run for 5-10 seconds then shit down and do it again, I later figured out that the second ram stick was doing that problem but I want to use 8bg ram for gamOmg please help.
