I recently bought these parts and I the computer starts as you can see in the video but I don’t get no screen response and everything turns on them shuts off besides the mobo, I took it to the shop they saw that the cpu pins On the mobo were bent and I asked if my cpu was broken too. They weren’t much help so I came here: this is the video

If the pins on your motherboard are bent then that's most likely the cause of your problem. I don't see a reason why your cpu would be broken (and therefore it most likely isn't).

Did the pc ever work or did this problem occur from the start? Also, was the motherboard new when you bought it and was there a plastic protector covering the socket pins? Did you insert the cpu yourself and if so, did you stumble on any problems during the process (meaning: could you have damaged the pins during cpu insertion?)

No I actually bought it off of “ let go “ and this guy scammed me a broken mobo so that is why I’m hoping he didn’t break the cpu I tried messaging him telling him I want my money back and he isn’t replying so I got his address using my dad * he’s an agent * and I don’t know if I should get him arrested and I saved up 4 months for this build but when I bought the product the cpu was In the mobo already so I didn’t take it out I immediately got home put everything on and that happened I tried turning it on countless times so I’m really hoping I did not fry my cpu some how in the process

Bend pins rarely fry cpus so I don't think you killed your cpu by trying out your pc. Since this guy scammed you with a broken motherboard in the first place, there is no guarantee that the other parts are in working order though...
