Tt Contac 16 Heatsink giving me high temps under load

Was going to overclock but found out even when under load @3.5(Stock) I'm getting temps at around 95c and idle 30-40c.

I use 'prime95' for the stress test and 'coretemp'/'HWMonitor' for the temperatures.

(Note: I have inverted the blue fan so that it is pulling air out of the case instead of into the case)

Making this post to see if anyone could spot any obvious mistakes that I am overlooking.

Specs:
CPU - Intel Core i5-6600K @ 3.5GHz 1.2v
Heatsink: tt Contac 16 - Single Fan
GPU - Strix GTX 970
Motherboard: Asus Z170-E
RAM: x2 4GB DDR4
PSU - To be honest forgot name but never had a problem with it not being able to put out the voltage I want

Any feedback is well appreciated.

Solution
That cooler is way underpowered for overclocking. Consider getting a Hyper 212 EVO if you're on a budget, or go with an H60 water cooler if you can afford it.
