Greetings. I am looking for recommendations on a good M.2 and MSata reader to add to my toolbox for computer repair work. Been looking around a buncha options but would love to know others opinions on good ones. I am hoping to find a reader that has a easy enclosure top to pull off and on as needed, and can read both M.2 and MSata in the same unit. I need it for the occasional data transfer of these SSDs whenever a client requests it.

Thank-you for any opinions you can give me.

Most of those don't support NVMe drives, you are warned. Even a response from the seller indicating such.

"Yes, there is a SATA controller chip on this card and yes it does support booting from a M.2 (not Msata), and NOT M.w NVMe (which is the new very fast storage interface). It will boot M.2 AHCI. I'm still looking for one that will do NVMe over thunderbolt at least, though USB would be preferable. I keep expecting something from Lacie, but still nothing.
