I wouldn't give house room to any of them personally (especially Netgear, totally unreliable). I bought an expensive, wall-mountable Billion router/modem 7 years ago --- it's been worth every penny.
Most important would be which of these modems is on your ISP supported list. Some ISP can be very picky and only allow you to activate certain brands. Technically they are the ones that support them since most modems only the ISP can load firmware updates.
I don't know if you will see a lot of difference between cable modems. All the hard work is done by the chipsets and they all use the same part from broadcom since manufactures are afraid to intel will mess up again.
