Is it fine to leave case fans at 100%

I have the NZXT h440 case with all of the case fans connected to the little hub which means I can't control them. However I can control my cpu fans (Phanteks PH-TC14PE) since they are not connected to the hub.

My question is, with the noise being no problem at all. Is it "ok" to leave the case fans running at their own speed which im assuming is 100%? The temps i'm getting at idle and during gaming is about 30°C-40°C. Will their lifetime be significantly reduced?

Also side note, the cpu cooler fans are running at 40%(800rpm) until the temps go above 40°C then they increase by 10% for every 10°C.

Solution
It is fine. 3 pin case fans are run at 100% all the time anyway. So as long as the noise does not bother you, there is nothing to worry about.

You don't want GPU fans running at 100% forever because they are a real pain to replace. But case fans are really a consumable product.
