Toshiba eSTUDIO351c - Disable color printing?

We would like to be able to print only using the black ink with a Toshiba eSTUDIO351c. However, I believe all the ink cartridges need to be installed for the copier to print anything. Does anyone know if this requirement can be somehow disabled?

You can still disable color printing in the options even if color cartridges are in there. If you actually don't have the cartridges, no you can't turn off the check for them, it's part of the printer software.
