How much ram speed do i need?

I am going to use an Intel Core i5 8400 and an Asus geforce gtx1060 6gb rog strix and 16 gb ram. My question is how much ram speed should i go with? 2666, 3000 or 3200?

With a H310/B360 or H370 motherboard 2666 would be fine, Intel performance doesn't rely as much on RAM speeds as AMD Ryzen. You could even go with 2400/2133 if the price is much cheaper.

agreed RAM speeds matters barely matter on Intel chipsets compared to AMD. I'd just go with 3000, no real reason to pay more for 3200. Though if you see a good deal for 2666 I wouldn't turn my nose up at that either.
