Trojan, Profile Corrupted, Drive Capacity Diminishing

I was hit by 2 Trojans or the same one in two locations which took out my video card driver, Admin Profile Password, buggered up the profile enough so I couldn't access it after replacing the password, and began to make what was free space on the drive unaccessable. I created another admin profile, ran scans and removed Trojans. The drive is now in a caddy/sleeve atached to a 3.0 USB port on another machine. The OS partition indicates 4GB free space. HELP! I mean, next?

With the drive connected as a secondary disk. On the functional PC download treesize and run a disk usage scan on the secondary disk. It should tell you what is using up most of the space so you can manually delete it.
