High End pc underperforming

I noticed my pc just having lower fps in most games then of my friends even tho their pc's arent as good as mine they arent bad just not as good as mine but their fps is similair, some of my friends even have higher and that makes me think since im playing on low on most games but struggle with keeping a steady 144 fps:/ at this point im not sure what i should do...

You have several issues. First, you have high CPU in the background. This should be less than 10%. Also, you will never be in the top tier percentage until you overclock since this is a K processor. Your GPU looks ok, but if you aren't running Afterburner you should try that and tweak it a little. Lastly, your memory is 1866mhz, but only running at 1333mhz. You can actually overclock your memory up to 2400mhz on that motherboard. You need to go into BIOS and make sure you are at least running XMP profile for those memory modules.

I'd also be interested to see what your disk activity looks like. That a bit slow for that HDD, especially 4k. But not terrible...I've had some trouble tweaking my rotating disk, but had good luck tweaking my SSD.

since im not good with pc's and dont really know alot about it So if i understand this right my ram isnt working porperly and motherboard is fucked? since its quad channel and i got 2 channels populated?
