Is a ryzen 3 1300x enough for gaming in general and vr and what about streaming while gaming (but not vr games just normal games)
Do you think that a Ryzen 3 1300x is good enough for VR when paired with a 1070 Ti

It's good enough for just gaming and some VR. Streaming+gaming, nope.
And the 1070ti is a bad match for it as well - 1060 6gb instead.
If your interested in streaming+gaming, then Ryzen 2600x/2700x(1070ti would be fine with either of these), or I7 8700(k).
