I am installing a new motherboard into my system so I can fit it into a smaller case. Anyway, this new case doesn't have an optical drive spot, so I'm not sure what to do. I know I can go online and download the bios and drivers, but I'm not sure exactly which drivers and such I need. An also, is it ok to put the drivers on the same flash drive that I am going to boot windows from? Thanks!

No.
And you probably don't need to do it after, either.

A BIOS update should only be done if there is a specific issue, and a later BIOS update addresses that specific issue.

I'm going to be installing Windows 10. I was just wondering about the link with all of the drivers and bios downloads. Do I just download the latest bios and every other driver, then throw them all in the flash drive?

Installing Win 10.
Create your own USB install here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

On a different USB stick, find and save whatever drivers you need. Motherboard, GPU, LAN, etc.

Install the OS
How to do a CLEAN installation of Windows 10

Plug in the USB with all your drivers, and install them.

No different than having a DVD.

I've installed Windows via flash drive before, that's the the problem. My question is, when I go to the website with the drivers, there are 8 different drivers for different things plus 1 bios update, so do I need every one of those drivers, and whatever I do need, is there any formatting I need to do to put them in my flash drive, or will ctrl+c, ctrl+v work.

For the drivers, just get the latest non-beta driver in each category.
You don't need ALL of them.
From their website, download.
Save it to a USB stick.

After you have the OS installed, plug this USB in and run each driver exe file as needed.

So I don't need to install any bios before hand?
