I have a ryzen 5 2600 and I am planning to overclock to at least 4.1 if I get lucky.
So is the deepcool gammaxx 300 enough for that job or I should get a Arctic freezer 33

Solution
No need for liquid. I'm not sure of the coolers you mentioned. But they are cheap and lower quality. You can't go wrong with a Cryorig H7 for low budget cooling. Other than that we need to know your case so we know how big of cooler it will fit.

It's a budget cooler and an old design. It costs $39 here in the US. I'd rather have the Cryorig H7 for $35.

4.1GHz is common for the Ryzen 5 2600, higher OC's would suggest liquid or high-end air cooler.

Small liquid coolers are typically worse than air coolers that cost the same or less. You'd want at least a 240mm AiO to get better than an air cooler, and it's always going to cost more than air for better cooling with liquid.
