Athlon 860K trying to OC?

So I made a budget 300$ build recently with an 860k but can't figure out how to overclock, please help.

CPU: AMD ATHLON 860K 3.7ghz
Ram: 8gb ddr3 Corsair vengence i think
Mb:GA-F2A68HM-H
Gpu: Rx550 4gb (OC)
PSU: evga 600 bronze

You didn't pick a very good board for OC'ing. But that aside, start by disabling turbo mode in BIOS. Then increase the CPU multiplier one click. Save, boot to Win, and run Intel Burn Test at the default settings. If temps are good and it passes, repeat.
When you get a fail with IBT, that means that the vcore (CPU voltage) needs to be increased. Take it up in as small of increments as the BIOS allows. It will be a matter of testing, adjusting, test, adjusting... ad nauseam. Personally, I would not increase the vcore on that board. I'd just live with what I can get using the multi alone.
