CHEAP dream build from DELL? Good idea?

I can buy this PC PRE BUILT for only $749.99 OPEN BOX.. WOULD YOU purchase this for that price? For NEW its 829$

RYZEN 1700X 3.4 GHZ
8GB DDR4 2400 mhz [up to 32gb]
1TB SATA [NO SSD]
ATI RX580 4GB GDDR5
460W PSU OEM

My only gripe with dell is you must buy parts through them [ i heard] also if i wanted to upgrade the gpu id have to get a stronger psu.

Thoughts?

The warranty is just 30 day return for refund on open box. If it breaks adter that im not sure what id do.

Guess.new would be the better option. I never puchased open box ever.

Im just skeptical,about dell. I had bad experiences in the past with them. But this comouter retails for 900$-1300+ anywhere else. I have been looking for 3 weeks everyday for the best bang for buck.

The value is ok but just 30 days for an 80$ savings is not worth it.
What do you want to do on your pc?

This computer would strictly be for gaming. GTAV battlefield...etc i know its strong enough to run most if not all games on ultra/high.

Just unsure about buying anything dell before i drop a hefty amount of.money.

If the computer works out im sure it will be relevant for 3 years before ill need a newer computer.
