So basically i tried overclocking my graphics card, i had some issues and then i decided to not overclock anymore and reversed the overclock (i have an GTX 1050Ti asus phoenix model) but basically a lot of bad things happened even though i undid the overclock, i get screentears in the middle of the screen, my games stutter a lot more and i have significantly less fps,and i was wondering my cards stock is boost clock 1392 GPU clock 1290 but it still shows this is afterburner https://prnt.sc/jbc5hf it goes up to 1680 MHz on the core clock, is that normal even though i undid the overclock? If not what can i do that my pc starts working normal again
I am really sad and tired, ive been having so much issues with my pc :/

totally normal, gpu boost. it will actually boost HIGHER than what they say in the specs it really has to do with thermals and keeping cool. if the gpu is running at optimum temps it will boost as high as it can and still be within certain range. as far as your other issues I would go to NVIDIA control panel go to 3d settings and restore everything to default. basically starting from scratch again. so if you are still having screen tearing issues try turning on v sync settings in NVIDIA CP or in game. that should get you to where you need to be again

Thanks for the reply, i forgot to mention but whenever i drag my windows its like this: http://prntscr.com/jbk0eb
resetting the 3d settings didn't help, is there any chance i somehow screwed up my graphics card with the overclock?
i didnt overclock it very insanely, and according to everyone on the internet, it shouldn't do anything to your graphics card even if u fail an overclock, and i undid the overclock and i have these issues..

How did you OC the card? Core? Memory? Voltage? Adjust fan? Details.

I would Uninstall MSI AB and perform a system restore to a time before your OC.

What isn't normal is 82c at the desktop. I think the card is thermal throttling. It should be idling at between 20 and 40c depending on ambient temp. and programs running. My GPU'S temp..

I overclocked the core and memory, i was just testing out to get the best overclock, started adding by 50 and memory by 100, but then i decided to undo the overclock and even though i did issues still occured

i did unistall msi ab a couple of times, maybe im gonna try to do a system restore if i figure out how to :p edit:
i cant restore my system back to the time before the overclock, theres no option of that time :/

It doesn't matter how much you overclock the core and memory clock. The worst that could happen is artifacts, system freezes or maybe a reboot. PC's easily recover from those types of OC related issues. I've done it before and I'll do it again. The overclocker has to know their OC wall and to find it crashes will have to happen. They apply a little less OC and try again and again and... Where physical damage can occur is when the user increases the voltages too high. You didn't change any voltages. There's still a mystery shrouded in mist and wrapped in an enigma. I'd contact Asus.
