So no signal on monitor and ez debug cpu led is red.
- tested reseating cpu
- tested without cooler only cpu fan
- tested without gpu
- took battery out to clear cmos
- checked all wires and triple checked cpu 8pin

Motherboard pins looks fine this started after my aio water cooler pump broke. My cpu temps were 100c got new cpu cooler installed and this started.
