1950x with h80i v2

Little 120 mm radiators are not sufficient, and, the waterblock is of insufficient size to cover the heatspreader....

Use an ample sized one large enough/designed with the socket size in mind, and, with a large enough radiator....

There was a review of an air cooler that was sufficient at stock clocks, but, no real headroom for overclocking, if you are on a budget...

Thanks, i try to build all my pc components from a single store here in my city, so the only choice available from corsair is h80i (which i saw its officially supported by corsair). So i d like an opinion on that specific one in terms of temperature.

A cooler being 'supported by Corsair' is not the same thing as saying the AIO is adequate for all CPUs from 40 watt TDP thru 190 watt TDP...

It's small radiator, so it can only dissipate so much heat so quickly....; if it is marginal on a 7700K, you can bet it's inadequate on something 4 times the core count and with nearly twice the TDP rating....

Does Corsair say it is adequate for a 1950X?
