My motherboard GA-G41MT-S2PT will support DDR3 - 1333mhz
I was looking to buy ram and noticed ddr3 - 1600 is a bit cheaper for some reason (even some 1866-2000+).
I was thinking it might be a better idea to buy one of those faster rams so I will be able to use it in the future if I ever upgrade or it will be easier to sell.
My questions:
1. If I install 1600/1866/2000+mhz ram will the motherboard automatically lower it to 1333mhz and will be accepted?
2. Will it harm my motherboard or any other component if I install any of those faster ram ?
