Repeated Disconnects and Lagging

Recently our internet company "fixed" our internet and gave us a new modem but it has gotten worse and every 10-15 minutes it disconnects or lags extremely hard and i dont know why im looking at logs and i get this

and i am wired on my PC

No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out and i can post all the errors and etc if need

The first one they gave us was fine then one day i didnt have an ip address they came out and gave me a new one and ever since it has been doing this

So contact them and have them check on it, does not seem like it's an issue you can fix since it's not your equipment causing the issue.
