I have an old asus essentio series pc that i wanted to upgrade the ram in. It had 3gb of what looked to be ocz memory. I added an extra 2 gb stick of ram (5gb total) and the pc would not boot. It all went downhill from there. So i removed the stick and pc still would not turn on. After a couple ram reseats it powered on but now it is saying "Reboot and select proper Boot device". I am completely confused of what is going on with this pc since sometimes when i turn it on i have reseat the ram many times again. Before the boot device error pops up there is a curser blinking for about a minutewhich is not there when the drive is unplugged. So can anyone give me any suggestions on what to do?
