So basically as you can see from the screenshot ( http://prntscr.com/jbkgo3 ),this my current oc,i see a huge amount of fps boost BUT it makes my games crash,what i need to do is increase my gpu voltage just a lil bit more,any idea of how do it and if it will blow up my gpu?i know you need custom bios,i have maxwell bios tweaker,i can adjust the voltage from there but im so scared.

Increasing voltage is not advisable. You'd better stick to a stable overclock with current voltage, with a view to protecting your GPU.

If you are using MSI Afterburner with a stock BIOS, raising the voltage to the max allowed is actually safe.
However, this will increase temperature and noise.
If you cannot raise the voltage and you need more to make it stable, unfortunately you are out of luck.
