Hi, I have used my Micro SD card with card reader on my laptop for a long time with no issues, until last week, when I out the USB card reader in, it did a scan which I think said "removable disk" and I quickly cancelled the scan as I didn't know what it was. Since then, when I out in the USB card reader it does not display as usual under my computer, sometimes "removable disk F:" flashes up for about a second before it disappears.
I have gone into Disk Management, and it shows the removable drive and says no media. However, when I do a programs and files search and put in "Micro SD" it shows up, and lists the number of files I have on the card. I double click the drive and I start to get "Please insert removable disk" message everytime. My files are still on the SD card when I put it back into my phone so at least my data has not been lost, it's just I can't view them anymore on the laptop!
Please help me fix this, it's been driving me mad!
