Im going to use this cooler for my new pc, but i dont know if its going to be reliable from leeks and malfunctions can anyone weigh in

Such concerns always come with an AiO. There's always a chance, as they say. But that shouldn't be a problem, AiO's are properly sealed shut. Only "real" concern would be properly installing it in the case and on the CPU. Plenty of tutorials online on how to do it + it comes with a manual, which is a good read for beginners.
