I am using Windows 10 and frequently run Disk Cleanup. Last week, A Padlock icon appeared next to the Temporary Internet Files and shows 4.7 mb. When I tried to delete the 4.7 mb, they remain. I clicked the View Files and nothing is there.
Why did the Padlock suddenly appear, and most important, how do I delete the Padlock so I completely delete all 4.7 mb Temporary Internet Files?
