Normal temps for 7700k oc to 4.8?

this depends. are these max temps when under load caused by just standard use scenarios or when put under stress from a high end demanding video game or adobe task. Or are these temps from a stress test?
I don't know what voltage you have your CPU set to in order to get these clocks but I would assume it's close to 1.4v.
To be honest, with that high of an overclock and with a voltage around what I would guess you have in order to achieve this is too much for the cooler.
If these are temps when under a stress test for maximum heat output then you are fine as can be. but if this is just from some minor tasks that cause the CPU to warm up a little then you need a better cooler. I would recommend a better cooler period for that high of an overclock to begin with.
The Kraken X62 rev. 2.0 is what I would recommend.
Also, for your overclocking, are you even stress testing to make sure it's even stable with the settings you have for your overclock?
Sometimes standard CPU stress tests aren't good enough to really gauge as a CPU could pass stress tests but could fail when put under load for a video game. My personal favorite for testing both GPU clocks and CPU stability is Ghost Recon Wildlands as it will crash immediately or within a few minutes if something is not stable even in the slightest. I will run that game and play it for an hour. if it makes it past an hour of gameplay in that game with max graphics (or close to max if your GPU can't handle 30fps that high of settings) just make sure that the CPU is under as much load as possible then your overclocks are stable.

Those max temps are after playing about 4 hours of pubg. I was just a little concerned when the max hit those temp levels. The core temps are usually around 50-70 degrees average when playing pubg. They jump up and down. Those temps on the left for each core are when my computer is idle. My voltage I never touched. I believe it is about 1.295 I think. Would that be ok or should I bump it up?
I just ran a stress test on my cpu using Intel Extreme Tuning Utility software for 5 minutes. The load for all cores was 98%-100% and the temps would go up and down from 61-75 degrees. The majority of the time the temp would be around mid to high 60's.
This is my first time overclocking a cpu so I just want to make sure everything is ok. I'm assuming the temps under "Max" is the highest that core has ever hit so far. I just know they are not constantly at those temps.
my 7700k is clocked at 4.8ghz at 1.225v. my idle temps are mid 30's, just like yours. my load temps(gaming, benchmarking) are in the 70's-80's. the cooler I have is the corsair h115i. I set the pump speed to 3100 and fan speed to around 1100rpm while gaming. Id say your temps are fine.
