Pc won't run new games

I have a msi radeon r9 390 graphics card in my pc with the latest driver and when I install new games like fifa 18 Mafia3 mortal kombat xl and need for speed pay back ect.. they won't open after install.

What do you mean by won't open? error? crash?
What is the full system spec? include make and model of the psu

When I install fifa 18 and open it ronaldo come up on the screen then it close by it self and the other in stall but when I open it no thing happens
