i try to mix this ram it works well but the question is will it run at full speed?

My ram Brand is 2x Remaxel Technology 1x Nanya Technology 1x Kingmax Semiconductor

2gb mix 4gb

Solution
it will slow to the lower of the 2 speeds.

the system can't run at 2 different speeds so it slows down to the slower one to ensure all works nicely together. so it all runs at 1333 mhz across the 4 slots. honestly you got lucky they work together as is. lots of issues mixing ram speeds, capacities and brands. so consider it a win you got all 4 working together even if it is 1333 mhz. the performance loss is minimal really anyway.

that should be reading ram capabilities and not the speed it is actually running. something like speccy would tell you the speed it is actually working at. which should be the 667 mhz for all sticks. ddr means double data rate so that 667 would double to the 1333 mhz you are expecting so don't panic if it only says 667 mhz :)
