Specs:
Asus z77 sabertooth
i7 2600k
msi gtx 1050ti oct
corsair vengeance 8gb ram(2x4gb 1600mhz)
samsung 850 evo gb ssd
2x500gb hdds WD Blue
Hyper 212 evo cooler
Corsair gm550 Psu

Problem:
After Pressing the Power button the Systems stops at bios Splash Screen and after 2-5 mins it continues onto loading windows but takes 10-12 mins to load windows fully..
After that the system works fine af. No stutters in game or anything problem.
The cause according to me might be a usb device not recognised error(device descriptor failed)
Even if i unplug all usb devices.
Also after getting into bios the bios is laggy and the mouse movement is slow and after pressing keyboard shortcuts it takes some second before they load.

Unplug the gpu and start from the integrated gpu of your 2600k. If that fixes it you might need to put the pci-e mode to legacy since this is a problem that many users have been able to fix this way (including myself).

also if your motherboard has a display (like what step it is getting stuck at) you could look up that code with your mobo manual and maybe its like your ram settings.. I have had it before that I had the ram set at like 3200MHZ but would not boot for a long time until it tried a few times then put it down to like 2400Mhz being it could not boot with the faster ram spec.. with that motherboard I just had to up the ram power a little and then it was rock stable.. the motherboard auto set the ram below recommended ram power specs to run at the full speed. it was a few years ago.. but looking at the setting it was correct voltage but in bios it would show the actual voltage going to the ram was like .03 to .05V below the needed voltage so I manually adjusted it to be like .01 above spec (so it had a little more) and it ran flawless until I built a new computer years later :)
