The crash I get is my PC shutting down to a black screen. Sometimes it restarts after.

It seems random at what time it will be.

Temps are good hottest component is the GPU at 80C after awhile of playing and I have my heater on during OW, PC is clean. Most of the parts are around 3 years old from purchase date.

PSU tested OK with a multimeter and in the BIOS on voltages, RAM tested OK in Memtest86, SSD is at 100% and HDD is Good in CrystalDiskInfo, no problems found in WhoCrashed, Windows Mem Diagnostic, DxDiag, SpeedFan, CPU took a torture test for half an hour in P95, Benchmarked the GPU with valley benchmark with cooler temps than in OW, no problems.

Checked my drivers and updated what I needed.

Cables are all snug.

No overclocks.

SFC /Scannow found no errors.

No error logs in OW.

Windows Event Viewer gives me ID 41 which is unexpected shut down.

One of my GPUs burnt out sometime after the crashing started and my PC failed to restart after a crash. I took it out and it seems to be running fine with the card out now. So far as I can tell right now it only crashes during Overwatch. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

GTX 980 Ti

ASUS Maximus Vii Hero Mobo

Hey, what's the CPU core temps please and which cooler? Which GTX 980 ti is yours? I have one as well and know that it deserves a lot of fresh air to run cool and performant. Which case is the home of your hardware?

Thank you :) Before my other GPU failed my PC would crash any time after I turned it on. With the card being RMA'd right now, I have only crashed in Overwatch with one GPU installed. 3DMark and Unigine Valley Benchmark run fantastic!

Possibly a stupid idea: would you mind trying to install the GPU into a different PCI-E slot? Benchmarks are nice, but not games What happens with a stress test like Furmark trying out the temperature behavior under permanent full load?
