I directly work on my pendrive suddenly lost it before few days. How i recover it without my pendrive is it possible to do anyway please help me that all documents are really important to me.

Unless you've made a backup of the files on the pendrive I don't see how you can recover the data on it.
I also use USB flash drives heavily, mostly for snearker-netting between two laptops, one home and one traveler. However, I have learned to have two twin USB flash drives, not just one. And, I do not work off of such device, everything is worked off of the laptop hard-drive, then copied onto the flash drive for sneaker-netting.

If you've lost your USB stick, the files are lost as well.
As noted above its recommended to have a back up for these kind of situations.
