I have never experienced any freezes outside of when I'm playing games so I'd assume that is the cause.
When the freeze happens I can't move my mouse nor use my keyboard, its leds also freeze and I can't do anything. Also, the fans don't stop during the freeze.
It doesn't happen in any specific period of time: It can happen 3 times in a day or not happen in a whole week.
It's been happening since I built it, I thought the problem was my overclock but after resetting the BIOS I can confirm It wasn't.
Only now has it actually been bothering me because when I play a competitive game and It suddenly freezes and I have to hard reboot and most of the times It costs me the match.
Oh, and no change appears on the monitor, such as BSOD, only the frozen image.
My build is around 1 year and half or so.
My specs are:
CPU: i5 6600k
RAM: Corsair LPX 16GB
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1060 GAMING X 6G
Cooler: Corsair Hydro Series H115i
Motherboard: MSI Z170A GAMING PRO
PSU: EVGA Supernova 650W G1
