Help me with SSD

Hello everyone my PC died 3 weeks ago due to HDD's death. I'm going to buy the next week an SSD the model is Samsung 860 EVO 500gb but can i install Windows 10 from USB directly to the SSD?. I mean (it's hard to explain it i hope you guys understand what im saying) some of the installation videos on YouTube about the SSD 850 EVO (i know its not the 860) they boot up windows normally with the HDD and install the SSD with the installation disk that its included in the box with the "Samsung Data Migration" application. Then they go to BIOS and select the SSD for Booting up Widows. I dont have an extra HDD to login in to Windows and install the SSD with the disk. So can i install Windows 10 on the SSD with USB without doing what the installation video on YouTube do? hope you understand

I dont have anything in my HDD its dead nothing there are no files no anything. Oh really Samsung Data Migration is cloning files from HDD to SSD? I didn't know that

If you have access to another computer to create a bootable usb with Win10 see here https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10

As SkyNetRising said you must've watched a cloning procedure video which confused things. An Ssd is like any other hdd, theres nothing special required for a Windows install besides setting Sata mode in the Bios to Ahci mode if not already for best performance before installing Windows as this setting must be done before installing the operating system.

All good, all the best. Also, Microsoft activated your previous Windows 10 install online using your Motherboard's ID number so when the install comes around to the part where it asks for a serial, skip it and once your online Win10 will activate.

Oh nice that's good ty for everything and SkyNetRising if you read this message. I thought i needed to do the Samsung Data Migration but no i should've searched up before what this application is.

I know this application my friend uses it (he has SSD) ill use it when i install Windows that's for sure and update the SSD if there is an available one
