Basically, what's written in the title; GPU brands that have an undoubtable Price/Quality level, Quality is about component's quality and overall performance of the GPU, and Price, well, I don't even have why to say it.

I've built with several PowerColor cards with no problems. Still have a PC with a 6850 in it going strong.
Some people would not consider using a Biostar motherboard but I have used them also depending on where you live their considered a good board in places.

Board Partners. MSI, ASUS and EVGA are great. Zotac, GigaByte/Aurous are good at the high end. XFX make the best performing RX coolers and sapphire aren't bad. Powercolor/colourful I wouldn't touch with a barge pole.

Is MSI really that good? Specifically RX 560 Aero ITX or their RX series overall.
EVGA I have hear way too many times they're probably the best Nvidia manufacturers.
Haven't heard anything of ASUS, what are they better with? AMD or Nvidia?
When you say 'High end' you're talking about GTX 1050 and higher (and its equal of AMD what would be RX 560 and higher) or even higher than that (beginning from 1060 for example)?
Cause I have seen some pretty interesants GTX 1050 from Zotac and Gigabyte.
I know XFX is together with Sapphire some of the best AMD choices as for a GPU, but "Sapphire aren't bad" does that mean they aren't actually as great as they're said to be, yet actually just decent or a plain 'good'?
Powercolor and Colorful are really that bad? I have seen Powercolor may not be really good, but Colorful is more or less the same?
.... Sorry for all the questions xD
