Yes, solid enough. Just be sure to OC the CPU to about 3.8. Your H7 cooler should allow you to get a decent OC. Also, right now, and with nearly all AAA games 8gbs is just not enough. For BF1 for example, it's pushes upwards of 9-10gbs if system ram usage. 8gbs used to be the sweetspot, but now 16gbs is the way to go.

Ok, that's a good quality PSU. If your not overclocking I'd suggest going with a 8Th Gen Intel and locked motherboard. It would probably be cheaper and the performance will match the 1600 in gaming.

If you have to stick aith AMD, and don't want to OC, then getting the 1600x is an option. I have mine OC to 3.9 on all cores. But at stock you will still see Turbo Boost on the 1600x up to 4/4.1ghz on a single core. The 1600 at stock has a lowish speed.base 3.2/Boost 3.6. It's not the worst, but having it OC on all cores to 3.8 would be better.

Your original build did not have an SSD and HDD, this one has. If you do not need SSD and HDD and already have a set, use the money for a 1070.
Ryzen 2600 and X470 is better.
PSU is also as good as the one you choose.
