sorry if i posted in the wrong place idk where else to put it, i've always been able to rely on the help i receive when posting here, this is by far the worst of them all.

Specs:
CPU: i7 4790k
GPU: R9 270X OC
SSD: 240gb Samsung SSD
MOBO: MSI Z97 PC Mate Intel LGA1150 Z97 ATX Motherboard
POWER: Super Flower 650W PSU
RAM: 16GB 2X8 HyperX DDR3 1866MHz

Ugh, idk where to * start tbh.
So this all begun when i started to notice some weird rendering issue on Fortnite (cause of that was nothing to do with the issue, just a minor settings issue i had)

So what's happening? (the issues):

1) Rendering Issues [GPU] - EVERY single game i run, every application basically can NOT run my GPU for any long period of time and can NOT hanlde rendering in any game (FPS is still amazing in every game keep in mind) only thing that's an issue is that my GPU literally goes to 0% usage on task manager when trying to run any game (happens while streaming any movie on my browser too, just freezes and when it gets some life form the gpu is returns) i'm aware it's probably my gpu dying but surely it doesn't explain the other issues too, right?

2) Boot/Load Issues [SSD, HDD] - so my second issue is truly mind boggling to me, everything is just slower in general after i installed some drivers from MSI Live Update 6 (all the ones i needed) then everything went all * up everywhere next time i turned my pc on. Since that, when i boot my computer it won't even load into my normal boot drive it'll say it can't find the device (i have to boot manually with F11 and selecting my ssd every boot)

3) Resetting [OS????] - I Can't even restore my computer to a past state, nor can i factory reset it. Upon trying both it was cancelled halfway through when restarting when prompted by Windows. During that restart that's needed to reset your pc it just said error couldn't reset your pc or someshit

4) uhmm yeah i'm adding this bcs it just happened but, i just tried opening cpuz to return my pc specs to list here but i got an unexpected error like uhh wat (also on cpuz it won't show my gpu, memory type, some cpu info, some mobo info) What the hell has happened??

This is all out of the blue and i'm so confused can anyone please help me identifying the issues? also sorry for the language.

this is weird, check if all drivers are up to date. If not, put those parts into pcpartpicker.com and see if they show any flaws, they may not be compatible and something won't work together. Another thing is hard resetting it(go to your PSU and flip the switch, wait 60 sec, and turn it back on)
