When I turn on my PC it will run for a second or two then shut off, the Cpu cooler, GPU and case fans all work and all my RGB lights turn on but shut off same as all the other systems. Another thing is, the motherboard RGB light stays on even after everything shuts down with means its getting power, not sure if that means anything. I pretty sure its a motherboard issue because if I install my Asus B250m-A the system boots no problem. Throughout the process, the OS (Windows 10 Pro 64bit) never gets booted and the monitor remains black. I can turn repeat the process of turning it on every few seconds (let's say every 5 seconds after shutting down).

My system is;

Motherboard: Asus Z370-F
Cpu: I5 7500
Cpu Cooler: Stock Intel fan
GPU:1050Ti
Power Supply: Coolermaster MWE bronze 600w
Case: NZXT S340 Elite
Ram:HyperX Fury 8gb*1

I have reseated the Z370-F and still no results but that is the only method I could find the solve the issue and that didn't work for me

My friend RGB lights has caused him some inconsistencies with the motherboard. Maybe yours is also out of luck. Try turn the RGB off and see if its get better, and keep it off until you find solution to your problem before turning it on again.

If the above did not solve the problem then you have to unplug the parts one by one and see if the motherboard stop shutting down.
1. take out gpu,
2. take out ram, the motherboard will go bip bip as it does not have ram
3. are you putting a new thermal paste when you removed the cpu from the old motherboard? thermal paste is not something that can be reused, especially when its a dry paste used in stock cooler.
4. lets hope you do not bent any cpu pin.
PS:
... why the z370 paired with i5 non K? well its your choice. If you already have the B250m-A, then you better off return the z370 as it will no help much to increase performance as the hassle it caused. For performance icrease, you better off with:
1. Ram needed a pair, dual channel helps a lot in performance. Make sure the pair is exactly the same since different brand or model might cause conflict.
2. SSD, any normal SSD is fine. You will be amazed what an SSD can improve over HDD in term of total experience. Once you have a taste of SSD, you hardly want to go back to HDD. No need to go for the best (M.2 samsung 970 pro).

This is because your CPU is NOT compatible with that motherboard. You need a Z270/Z170/B250/H110 mobo for that CPU.
