Nice build for $753 budget. Looks good to me.
I would recommend you to change the psu into $56 below

Yeah its $11 more expensive, but 650W 80+ gold certificate will ensure you will have no limitation in the future, although I doubt you will upgrade into more powerful build, but you will never know. Though your first choice of psu is also good choice.
