Overlocking an i7-2600(no k) on a Dell Motherboard

I've got a Hyper 212 evo, which should keep it chilly since 100% load perpetually at 35% fan speed, so cooling is not an issue. I know that the non-ks can overclock, but it is limited. My question is can I overclock despite the dell motherboard and, if so, how?

It would be much more helpful to the OP if you had actually linked to the article (which explained the image) rather than just the image itself: https://www.anandtech.com/show/4083/the-sandy-bridge-review-intel-core-i7-2600k-i5-2500k-core-i3-2100-tested/3?_ga=2.37776995.1913685108.1525090990-1111447609.1506009526

Based on the article, assuming the CPU is cooled well enough, it can normally boost up to 3.5GHz (the single 100MHz step that @delaro referenced), but with the proper motherboard...

I've tried to overclock non k chips before and it only partially works on a board that fully allows Overclocking, .3 would be good for that. You may find exceptions but they are few and far from reality. Dell unless it's one of there gamer series is pretty locked down and at best you might be able to tweak the ram up a bit but that would be about it with voltage manipulation options.

Based on the article, assuming the CPU is cooled well enough, it can normally boost up to 3.5GHz (the single 100MHz step that @delaro referenced), but with the proper motherboard you can set the max Turbo limit up to 3.9 GHz maximum (4 additional 100MHz steps). But that's it. And again, that's going to depend 100% on what's available in the motherboard's BIOS settings. If it doesn't let you adjust the max Turbo setting, you won't be able to OC at all.
