Long range wireless router

I'm looking for a long-range wireless router to use around my house in the country. I have a cheap router at this point but it doesn't reach out to my shop that is only 50 to 75 ft from the house. Mainly looking for just a simple router with a very long range. Hopefully not much over $100.

I think you're expecting too much of any router over that distance.

The best answer is to add a directional WIFI access point (WAP), connected to your primary router by a wired network. Either mount the WAP on the outside of the house pointed at your shop or put it in a window facing your shop.
