BIOS labeling drives incorrectly?

I'm not really sure if BIOS is labeling the drives incorrectly or something else is going on but I recently did a full clean of my computer. Everything came out and got a nice dusting. I unplugged every cord and took out every add on to my mother board except the CPU. I cleaned everything and reinstalled it, but when I go to boot it says BootMgr is missing and so when I go into BIOS I look at my boot priorities and everything is good, and as should be but I can't launch windows without going to boot drives and clicking a drive I know for a fact does not have a copy of windows on it. Once in the OS everything is normal. All drives labeled correctly and files in the correct place. But for some reason i can't boot windows without going into BIOS and clicking on the other drive in boot options,

I'll make sure to change the boot order. Is there a reason that now I have to change the boot order? I never had this problem before the clean. Could it be that I switched SATA ports or that I never noticed the boot order before?
