My cpu is
Biostatistics G31 M7-TE
Processor core 2 duo 2.93Ghz


My problem last night I install windows 8 os,After restarting stuck at
AMI screen with USB initialisation done..

Again I restart the system manually
It also stuck.
Keyboard not working.
How to I go to boot menu?
Please help me

Sounds like a BIOS issue, unplug system, remove CMOS battery for 10 seconds, hold in power button for about 30 seconds, plug things back in and see if it works better.

If it won't get past BIOS, then motherboard or possibly another component is bad, unplug the hard drive, use only one stick of RAM at a time, unplug any video/audio/ect... cards, try another keyboard and mouse.

You said you upgraded the BIOS, so keyboard worked OK to do that with a boot disk for the upgrade? Really for such an old system, you are better off just replacing it. A used system of similar or faster speeds will be maybe $50-100. You can copy your files over from your hard drive easily.
