Where do i connect my monitor to?

I’m building a computer for gaming, with AMD Ryzen 5 2400g (which has a vega 11 igpu) and a gtx 1050 ti gpu. Is it better to plug my monitor to the gpu or the motherboard. Or does it even matter at all?

Connect it to the GPU. It does matter. If you plug the monitor's cable into the motherboard you wouldn't be able to use the 1050 Ti.
