If I replace my current SSD with a higher capacity one, can I use my Windows 10 key again?

I bought a Windows 10 key on Amazon and am wondering if it can be used again if I replace my SSD.

Also, what's a good program for wiping data on an SSD before selling it.

If I can use my Windows 10 key again, would it be better to install fresh or clone?

Solution
If it’s a recent install, clone is fine. If it’s old, I’d do a clean install.

The license will still be good either way.

Your ssd should have come with a software package (toolkit) with a wipe function.
there will not be any problems using the key again if all you are doing is replacing the SSD drive. you would only run into problems if you you were doing a major upgrade like replacing the motherboard

if your windows install is running fine with no issues then you could just clone or make an image of the drive
